Well, well, well. It seems that Ebay is not being quick enough to spot people still using an old, old trick to sell lawn darts. Now, I don't sell anything related in the lawn darts realm anymore since the CPSC cracked down on me years ago (don't wanna go through that headache again), but the old trick used to be to go to Ebay and sell an empty box. It was one of many loopholes in the law, since the ban wasn't on the box, but rather the game itself. The empty box wasn't always empty when you received the package in the mail though. That is what sellers would have had to do back in the day to get around the Ebay ban on selling them. Well, I just checked tonight and people are still doing that, lol (or so it seems).
