I found these pics online. CLICK TO ENLARGE. Though I didn't make these, you can speculate how to affix the 4" PVC pipe with base to the bottom of the milk crate. Looks like a U-shapped bolt with 2 nuts were used and a long threaded bolt for the center scoring. Or, possibly 2 individual bolts with large washers on the opposite side. Here's more details found about this: " This set includes 2 "pits" that come with 4 inch pvc pipe, threaded pole, a crate, and washers (2 assembled "pits", with washers). The PVC pipe is finished with a router to create a smooth surface. The threaded pole in the middle acts as the "ringer". If you throw a washer and it lands in the crate it is worth 1 point, if you throw a washer and it lands in the 4 inch PVC it is worth 3 points, and if you throw a washer and it lands around the threaded pole it is worth 5 points. The crates should be 21 feet apart measuring from Front edge to Front edge."
